Property Care in and around Ruffec
Already found your place and need a hand?
Buying your French home is exciting.
Working out who can meet the plumber when you’re 500 miles away is slightly less exciting.
If you’ve bought a home around Ruffec or the North Charente and occasionally need someone local to help, you can book me.
From meeting an artisan or accepting a delivery to checking something at the house or helping you find the right local person for a job, it’s simple, practical help when you need it.
A local pair of eyes
Every home is different, but during an agreed property visit I can check for obvious signs of problems inside and outside the house, such as leaks, damp, storm damage or anything that looks out of the ordinary. Depending on your property and the package you choose, visits can also include things such as airing the house, checking doors and windows, collecting post and other simple agreed tasks. I’ll contact you, send photographs where useful and, if necessary, help you arrange for an appropriate local tradesperson to take a look.
