Hello I’m Katie Anderson

Welcome to Hello Charente Property Finding Service in Ruffec Charente.

People often ask me how I ended up living in this beautiful corner of France. The short answer? I came for a year in 2003… and never left.

Before moving to France, I worked as a journalist and presenter for BBC Local Radio. My career began reading the potato prices for Lincolnshire farmers on a Friday evening before moving on to produce and present a programme for small businesses. Later, as a community journalist, I spent my days exploring Lincolnshire’s villages, meeting the people at the heart of their communities and sharing their stories.

Today, I work at TIC Immobilier and help people from all over the world find their place here in the Charente and I love it. I would love to help you find your dream home or if you need any local, trusted help, please get in contact.
